Gulf Coast Village, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Cape Coral, has earned the Greystone Diamond Award for service excellence. The annual award from Greystone, a senior living advisory group, honors senior living communities for extraordinary achievements in areas including financial performance, hospitality, leadership development and resident and employee satisfaction.

As a recipient of this award, Gulf Coast Village has demonstrated excellence within its senior living community. The criteria for the Diamond Award takes into consideration employee and resident satisfaction surveys, first impression visits, financial performance, hospitality, task force participation, professional employee growth, licensure, leadership development and accomplishments within the community.
